By purchasing or using any script from ViralScript, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell digital products — ready-made HTML/CSS/JavaScript greeting website scripts. Files are delivered digitally (WhatsApp/email/download link) after payment confirmation.

2. License

Basic License: you may use the script on your own websites, customize it, and add your own ads. A small developer credit remains in the script. You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the source files.
White Label License: you may remove all developer branding and resell the scripts under your own brand.

3. Restrictions

Do not share, leak, or upload purchased source files to public repositories or free-download sites.
Do not use the scripts for illegal, misleading, or harmful content.
One purchase is for one buyer; sharing with others requires additional licenses.

4. Ads & Earnings

Scripts include an ad slot where you may place your own ad or affiliate code. You are solely responsible for complying with your ad network's policies (e.g., AdSense). We make no guarantee of traffic or earnings.

5. Support & Updates

We provide reasonable setup support for purchased scripts. Bundle buyers receive future festival script updates as announced at purchase time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Scripts are provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses, hosting issues, ad account issues, or damages arising from use of the scripts.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
