Refund Policy

ViralScript sells digital products that are delivered instantly. Because source files cannot be "returned" once received, our refund policy is limited as described below.

1. When Refunds Are Given

You were charged but did not receive your files within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and we cannot resolve the delivery issue.
You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
The delivered script is corrupt/non-functional and we cannot fix or replace it within 72 hours.

2. When Refunds Are NOT Given

Change of mind after the files have been delivered.
Issues caused by your hosting, domain, browser, or third-party services.
Rejection or issues with your ad network account (e.g., AdSense approval).
Expectation of specific traffic, virality, or earnings.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us on WhatsApp or email support@example.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and payment screenshot. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For any payment or delivery issue, message us on WhatsApp first — most issues are resolved within a few hours.
